Ross is a registered Professional Accountant with SAIPA and a registered Tax Practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience in the accounting profession. He has been a practising accountant since 2005 and is actively involved in all aspects of the business, from tax compliance and advisory to operational oversight. Ross takes a practical, hands-on approach and is always available to offer clear guidance and informed advice, helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters with confidence.

Tanya, a member of CIBA, registered Tax Practitioner: Compiler with CIBA, a Licenced Independent Reviewer with CIBA, and a registered Chartered Business Accountant in Practice (SA), looks after all our annual financial statements and company and trust tax returns. Tanya has over 30 years’ experience in accounting and tax, with a National Diploma in Accounting.
Ashleigh Du Toit

Ashleigh brings a strong academic and practical foundation in accounting and taxation. She completed her BCompt in Financial Accounting through UNISA, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Sciences, and went on to complete her SAICA articles in 2023.

Selaysha Armstrong

Selaysha is an Accountant bringing over 10 years of well-rounded experience across statutory compliance, corporate tax, annual financial statement compilations, and bookkeeping. She completed her BCompt Accounting Sciences degree through UNISA and is Xero certified. Selyasha enjoys tackling complex challenges and focuses on using efficient systems and tools to enhance accuracy and streamline daily workflows.

Antoinette Crous
With over three decades of experience in the accounting field, including 31 years at SARS, Antoinette brings exceptional depth of tax knowledge to the team. Her extensive exposure to tax legislation and practical application enables her to navigate complex individual tax matters with confidence and precision. Antoinette’s thorough understanding of regulatory requirements ensures clients receive accurate, compliant, and well-informed tax support.
Shireen Borchardt
Shireen offers a wealth of experience in individual tax, gained across both corporate and SME environments. She holds a BCom in Financial Management from UNISA and spent 12 years in corporate, concluding her career as a Financial Director. Shireen later established her own practice focusing on individual tax and SME accounting. She brings sound judgement and a practical, client-focused approach to managing tax affairs.
Bianca Harris
Bianca brings a strong legal foundation and a precise, structured approach to her work in individual tax. She holds an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and completed the Arete Academy programme through ADF International, focused on equipping future legal professionals to influence legal, societal, and cultural environments. Her attention to detail ensures reliable and compliant tax administration for clients.

Ilse Hougaard
HEAD OF DEPARTMENT | BOOKKEEPING AND PAYROLL
Ilse is the Head of our Bookkeeping and Payroll department, bringing over 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to the team. She holds a BCom degree from the University of the Free State and has built an extensive career overseeing complex bookkeeping functions, payroll processing, and financial record management. Ilse’s extensive knowledge and practical approach ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability across all client accounts, supporting the team in consistently delivering a high standard of service.
Carla Moore
Carla brings over 10 years of bookkeeping experience across a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. She is certified in QuickBooks, Xero, and Dext, and has extensive experience in SimplePay and Sage Business Cloud Accounting. Having achieved a distinction in Fundamental Accounting through UNISA, Carla delivers compliant bookkeeping and payroll services that support confident financial decision-making.

Megan is a dedicated Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator within our Bookkeeping department. She is currently completing her internationally accredited Bachelor of Accounting degree and brings a strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail to her work. Megan takes pride in maintaining accurate and well-organised financial records, contributing to the smooth and reliable delivery of bookkeeping and payroll services to our clients.
Laura Broodryk
With over eight years of experience in the accounting field, Laura brings a strong balance of technical knowledge and practical application to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting and is currently completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. Laura is committed to delivering accurate bookkeeping and payroll services, supporting clients with reliable financial information.

Wenéy is passionate about developing her knowledge and experience within the accounting field. Alongside her accounting studies, Wenéy has coaching experience in badminton at both provincial and South African tournament level, as well as at Hillcrest High School, reflecting her strong sense of commitment, teamwork, and leadership.
